Me!

Reader, writer, and rider, I am a girl who tries to turn small things into a reason to be happy. 
I’m a fan of most books not horror or overly romance-y, perhaps ironic with how my favourite literature style and period is Romanticism. I’m perpetually on the lookout for the works of Elise Cowen, I am shamelessly greedy when it comes to spending as much time with horses as possible, and I enjoy the Dark Academia and Cottagecore aesthetics. 
Most of my own books are urban fantasy, a genre I would love to see more of. I write poetry from time to time. I love tea, and fully plan to hoard teapots as I get older. My favourite holiday is Christmas, I live with a load of rescued animals, and I’m both Christian and gay, faithfully and unapologetically, so if you have a problem with it you can leave right off the bat instead of finding out later and feeling bamboozled. I had a ‘blog’ when I was younger that flopped epically due to my lack of updates and unclear view of what I want from life.
Here the plan is to write about my novel progress, ideas I have, random rambling trains of thought, and whatever else spills out my fingers. Most of all I’d like this to be a place to encourage myself, and if even one other person feels seen or less alone or validated as a side effect, than I’m gonna call that a success. Because life can be lonely but you will always find your people.
